Talk:Attorney General for the District of Columbia

"For" Rather than "Of" edit

I just moved this page to bring it into conformity with the official title. § 1–301.81. Duties of the Attorney General for the District of Columbia describes the position as "The Attorney General for the District of Columbia ("Attorney General")" rather than "The Attorney General of the District of Columbia". While Mr. Racine, the incumbent as I write this, may have on his bio page that he "is the first elected Attorney General of the District of Columbia", it appears that this is using the parenthetical short form, rather than the long form of the title. 22:12, 23 January 2017 (UTC)
