No indication as to where this is valis other than a reference to a law and a book about Indiana Law. This should be made clearer. MrWeeble Talk Brit tv 13:32, 30 December 2005 (UTC)
- Yea, this article is just wrong on many counts. Several states do not allow a combined attestation clause and self-proving affidavit, but this article asserts they are one and the same. It even has a redirect. I'm going to delete most of it. MmmmJoel (talk) 11:02, 18 April 2008 (UTC)
What is it's function?
editSo it basically is defined as, "The Attestation Clause obsoletes the need for affidavits from an attesting witnesses in the admition of a will to probate."?? This line or a more accurate explaination of what they are should probably be involved in the first paragraph.Xetxo (talk) 00:36, 11 December 2008 (UTC)
