The result of the move request was: No consensus to move; thus no move. Although there are more !votes to move than there are to keep the current arrangement, the votes to move seem to be based on an implicit assumption that the road in California is the primary topic for this term. (Note that WP:TWODABS, which is cited as a reason for the move, calls for the title to point to one of the articles only when that article is the primary topic; when there is no primary topic, it recommends making the title into a disambiguation page.) The existence of a primary topic for "Atlantic Boulevard" is not established, and none of the discussion participants has tried to do so. The fact that no other articles exist with this particular title does not demonstrate that the California road is the primary topic for the term. No other reasoning has been provided for the theory that the California road is the primary topic, and a strong argument could be made that at least one of the two Florida roads is of equal primacy. Atlantic Boulevard (Los Angeles County)Atlantic BoulevardRelisted. Vegaswikian (talk) 22:54, 7 December 2010 (UTC) Right now, Atlantic Boulevard is a disamb page with only three entries. One of them is red, and one of them is to a state highway in Florida whose article title doesn't contain "Atlantic Boulevard". Per the conventions for two-prongers, we should redirect/move the title to one of them, and hatnote to the other (and possibly also to Atlantic Avenue, a disam page that has more titles). In addition, the current title is very unlikely to be searched for...most people would not include the county or would search for Long Beach or any of the other cities Atlantic runs through Purplebackpack89 01:12, 1 December 2010 (UTC)Reply

It still needs to be done away with since there's only one and one-half entries Purplebackpack89 05:55, 1 December 2010 (UTC)Reply
But of those main entries, one isn't named Atlantic Boulevard and one's a redlink... This page is the only article named Atlantic Boulevard; the FL highway and the see also can be hatnoted Purplebackpack89 06:43, 1 December 2010 (UTC)Reply
  • Support per nom. If the redlink article ever gets written, we can revisit. But for now, the L.A. street is the only article actually titled "Atlantic Boulevard". Dohn joe (talk) 01:53, 2 December 2010 (UTC)Reply
