Copy and paste edit

89.204.189.54 and User:Brianmartinlynch - a single purpose account - copied and pasted a section from the AIT website (see diff) and multiple paragraphs from an AIT self-evaluation report (see diff) on 21 April 2010 and 4 March 2011 respectively, the latter removing all pre-existing content in the process. I've pasted the text before the additions below so they can be considered. The article was still uncited, and the second and third paragraphs as presented may now have out of date information. Edits since then have mainly removed or altered these additions.

Athlone Institute of Technology (AIT, Institiúid Teicneolaíochta Bhaile Átha Luain in Irish) formerly Regional Technical College, Athlone is one of the original network of Regional Technical Colleges; it was built in Athlone, Ireland. It was established in 1970 and was upgraded to an Institute of Technology in 1998.

The institution offers a wide variety of undergraduate and postgraduate courses: National Certificates, National Diplomas and academic degrees. The institution offers the only polymer degree course in Ireland.

The college consists of two campuses, the main one on the East side of Athlone, housing most of the faculties and academic facilities such as the library, while the Northgate Street campus, in the town centre, is home to the Art and Design courses.
