Outdated taxonomy edit

The taxonomy used in the species box of this article is completely outdated. As often is the case, ITIS (the basis for the "8 species" mentioned in the intro of the article) hasn't been updated for ages, and the other primary taxonomic source (McDiarmid and Campbell 1999) is excellent, but in this genus of relatively limited use because of the many species described + taxonomic reviews published after the 1998 deadline of the book. So, the species box correctly mentions A. mabuensis (described 2009), but fails to mention A. acuminata (described 1998), A. broadleyi (described 1999), A. hirsuta (described 2002), A. rungwensis (in the past a subspecies of A. nitschei, but see Broadley 1998 in Herpetological Journal) and A. subocularis (in the past considered a synonym of A. squamigera, but see Lawson, Noonan and Ustach 2001 in Copeia). On the contrary, the article mentions A. anisolepis, which now has been firmly established as invalid (see taxonomic section its own article). Some of these changes are mentioned very briefly in the Taxonomy section, but it is puzzling why the species box has to use the completely outdated taxonomy. 62.107.220.109 (talk) 06:55, 24 June 2011 (UTC)Reply
