To the IP-hopping editor who takes issue with "Calvinism" edit

The first words at Calvinism are "Calvinism (also called the Reformed tradition, Reformed Protestantism, Reformed Christianity,[1] or simply Reformed[2])" Do you have any plans to edit that, too, or is it just here that you have a problem with it?   –Skywatcher68 (talk) 07:50, 18 April 2023 (UTC) Skywatcher68 (talk) 07:50, 18 April 2023 (UTC)Reply

There is a problem with it here, on the Calvinism page you mention, and on several other pages for Presbyterian churches. To quote Calvinism, "The label Calvinism can be misleading," and you prove the point. Reformed churches may be Calvinist, but they are also Trinitarian, covenantal, paedobaptist, and so on. "Reformed" covers all the "Theology" of Presbyterian churches, while Calvinism (not necessarily in its entirety), Trinitarianism, or covenantalism are only part of Reformed theology. 2A00:23C4:514:5501:80FA:D1CA:3A78:801 (talk) 19:48, 18 April 2023 (UTC)Reply
