Proposed deletion: The article in not notable but it is referenced. I was trying to document as many HBC posts as possible. There was no other obvious place to put the information. citation problem

On 06jan13 someone added 5 "citation-neededs". I therefore rechecked the article and made the following changes: 1)Losey's Oak Grove Resort changed to Oak Grove Camp according to their web site. 2)1830 corrected to Losey's 1830s and then replaced by a probably more accurate date in the Manitoba archives. 3) one footnote added. As for the 5 places marked "citation needed": 1) NWC competition:Losey, page 157, paragraphs 3 and 4 and every fur trade history that I have seen. 2) McKay on Rainy River:Losey, page 157, para 4. 3) 18 packs: Losey page 157, para 5. 4) 1797 pillage. This is not in Losey but can be found in the references under Hungry Hall. I therefore copied the reference. 5) Hungry Hall: Losey, page 158, paragraph 1.

Since there is now no evidence that citations are need I removed all the citation requests. If someone finds something in the article that is not in the references or contradicts another source, please leave a note here. Benjamin Trovato (talk) 02:30, 8 January 2013 (UTC)
