No actual evidence that he was of "partial Armenian descent" per current article. Like the diverse names of his brothers (Persian and Arabic), his name seems to reflect the multi-lingual and cultural environment of Caucasus more than anything. --Khodadad (talk) 04:06, 6 February 2011 (UTC)
