This article is 'entirely' unencyclopedic edit
This isn't encyclopedic in any way, shape or form.
If this article is 'encyclopedic', then absolutely every quotation in every book of quotations ever written, in every language is independently 'encyclopedic'. But we're not a usage guide. We're not about individual phrases.
This article could be made encyclopedic by:
- deleting it entirely
- moving it to wikiquote
- making it to be about foolish people doing things repetitively in general (rather than this phrase specifically)/merging it with other similar quotations that mean more or less the same thing
