2007 redirect reverted edit

In this edit from August, 2007, this article was redirected to Kumarapuram massacre for no reason I've been able to discover. There was no AfD that I can find. If anyone believes this article shouldn't be on Wikipedia, then they need to establish that by our usual processes for deletion; a unilateral redirect is an improper way to achieve that result, in my opinion.  – OhioStandard (talk) 21:19, 16 July 2011 (UTC)Reply

There was a series of articles, regarding which notability was questioned, so I did that proactivedly. ThanksKanatonian (talk) 05:18, 17 July 2011 (UTC)Reply

References and sources edit

One ( or more ) of the Amnesty International links needs to be updated. ( Partially done, see "update", following. ) Amnesty has three documents that discuss this victim. They can be found using the search facility at Amnesty.org. When I use that facility it generates this search-string URL that returns these three results at these current location:

Amnesty International is one of the few "gold standard" sources for such information. I haven't looked at the other refs included in this article, but Amnesty just by itself is certainly sufficient to meet wp:verify, at least.  – OhioStandard (talk) 21:19, 16 July 2011 (UTC)Reply

Update. I went ahead and added the updated links for the two Amnesty reports ( but not the press release ) to the refs for this article. They're currently cited as only the ( I think? ) generated-on-demand html links; pdfs are also available for download, at no charge, from amnesty.org.  – OhioStandard (talk) 22:48, 16 July 2011 (UTC)Reply
