Summarise, not copy edit

Rather than just repeating the points of the document, I think it'd be better if this page provided a short prose summary of its contents instead. For example, instead of the Manchu, Mongol, Hui part:

The articles stipulated freedom of religion for the Manchu, Monhol, Hui and existing Tibetan religions, along with free naturalization and a lifting of restrictions on businesses and residency. [...]

This would make the page feel more encyclopedic and get rid of unnecessary detail. If nobody objects, I'll start doing this later today or tomorrow. Telemachus12389 (talk) 09:23, 12 June 2021 (UTC)Reply
