This article is essentially a paragraph which could easily be merged into Higher Education Center, is much more anticipated for this article that might help it meet guidelines for inclusion? I'm not seeing how a dedicated article is warranted.--RadioFan (talk) 13:33, 12 January 2010 (UTC)
