Coats of arms of cadets edit

Does anyone know the marks of difference used by cadets of the Houses of Conde and Orleans? Such as for the eldest son and heir during the lifetime of his father, and for the Counts of Charolais and Clermont, sons of a Prince of Conde, and the various scions of the House of Orleans? After the 17th century, cadets prince seldom used marks. It seems that Charolais used a lion on the baton for difference, but Beaujolais and Montpensier, brothers of Louis-Philippe, used the plain Orléans coat. 78.232.54.121 (talk) 14:09, 5 December 2014 (UTC)Reply
I've confirmed that Charolais used either a lion or a fleur-de-lys, while Clermont used a crescent. The eldest son of Orleans used a red crescent on the label. It seems to be the case that the Orleans stopped using brisures after the French Revolution, and used the silver label for their entire family. But before that, the Bourbons used the traditional marks. For my purposes I am interested in 1) the arms of François Louis, Prince of Conti before he became Prince of Conti; 2) Louis, Prince of Condé (1668–1710), while his grandfather and father still lived (he was an adult by 1683 and his grandfather lived until 1685); or in general, 1) the eldest son of the Prince of Conti; 2) the eldest son of the eldest son of the Prince of Conde. Or in default, a source that they actually stopped using brisures. Reigen (talk) 00:32, 9 December 2014 (UTC)Reply
