Southern Segment edit

I-549 Fort Smith Segment edit
How come does this article doesn't mention The segment of AR-549 that exists beteween AR-22 in Barling, AR and US-71 in Fort Smith, AR. Here's a Google Map Link showing the approximately 6 mile segment of AR-549 sign at the temporary Northern Termus of this segment at AR-22 showing the JCT sign. https://goo.gl/maps/tCGF4hcvAbn Is there any reason why it's excluded from this article?
