- Looks like it falls under WP:ARBIPA, according to an administrator. It makes sense because this tank was developed for the Indian army. TimSmit (talk) 16:33, 21 December 2022 (UTC)

The description under the picture in the section "Defensive aid system" should contain the word "smoke", as stated in the section's text. The omission of the word "smoke" in the picture description may lead to less knowledgable readers thinking that these aren't simple smoke cups but fully capable grenade launchers (which they aren't). Most smoke grenade cups carry smoke grenade rounds that will only travel 20 - 80 meters to create a smoke screen in front of/next to the tank.
Please change the description ....

You could also include the fact that these are Elbit ELAWS laser warning receivers. The ELAWS receivers detect laser threats, which includes laser range finders, laser beams (on rocket warheads or rocket guidance platforms) and laser markers. The ELAWS description on the website of Elbit's German department (which is more detailed than the English broshure below) gives the impression that the TDS-System (TDS = Threat Detection System) would have to be installed to detect IR illuminators (installed on enemy vehicles like main battle tanks and APCs, or on mobile systems using tripods such as rocket launching platforms used for modern derivates of the MILAN systems), since the ELAWS is a pure laser warning device. According to Elbit's broshures, the ELAWS and the TDS can be coupled with a number of countermeasures, the TDS doesn't seem to be installed on the Arjun tank, though.
