1. Lead: mention that NY is in the US. to be... placed in a cage? RD: soon after... what? Park by itself should not be capitalized. History: What is left of the pen currently remains in existence. - seems awkward.
2. I would cite a more reliable source for the length of the AT if possible. Otherwise no problems.
3. Any information on who built the underpass / ford? Otherwise broad.
4. Neutral, stable, images good. Map would be nice.
