A comment from me, being a non-medical person but with wide-ranging interests, I'd suggest it's difficult for the general reader to identify exactly which part of the anatomy is the subject of discussion. Even though, through further research of WP articles, one can identify which vertebra is the C1, it's still not clear what part of it is the arcuate foramen. Would someone who knows please edit the article so as to point to, circle or otherwise highlight which portion of C1 is being discussed?
