Hello fellow Wikipedians,

I have just added archive links to 13 external links on Aram Manukian. Please take a moment to review my edit. You may add {{cbignore}} after the link to keep me from modifying it, if I keep adding bad data, but formatting bugs should be reported instead. Alternatively, you can add {{nobots|deny=InternetArchiveBot}} to keep me off the page altogether, but should be used as a last resort. I made the following changes:

When you have finished reviewing my changes, please set the checked parameter below to true or failed to let others know (documentation at {{Sourcecheck}}).

Reference issues

edit

I've been trying to fix technical issues with references in this article and have got a bit stuck. The article has a number of short footnotes to "Miller 2003", which I've worked out were originally referencing the source that is now listed in the bibliography (correctly, I think?) as Miller and Touryan Miller 2003. So far so good. However, a number of the references don't then make sense. For example, what is currently footnote #44 in the article refers to Miller 2003 page 144–145 to support the statement "Turkish forces, in violation of the Armistice of Erzincan, moved towards Eastern Armenia in the spring of 1918.", whereas the relevant pages of Miller are talking about Gorbachev's role in the process of Armenian independence after the collapse of the Soviet Union. I suspect that in some of the references, maybe even all of them, Miller has been mixed up with Hovannisian 1971, which seems somewhat more on point. Probably all of the Miller refs need to be checked by somebody who has proper access to both sources, rather than the dribs and drabs that Google Books will let me see. Pinging Yerevantsi, who appears to be the original author of the content in question. Best, Wham2001 (talk) 13:10, 28 February 2021 (UTC)Reply
