Strategic Hotels and Resorts pulled out of the deal to purchase the floors after the 2008 financial crisis. I don't have a reference. Seanblanton (talk) 17:52, 4 November 2008 (UTC)
Construction Update section is an advertisement
editThe entire section sounds like a giant advertisement for Magellan Development, the most obvious indicator being the phone number at the bottom. I'm not familiar enough with the subject to tell exactly what information in that section is encyclopedic and should stay, but it definitely needs looking at. - Thanks a lot for pointing this out... I removed the last few paragraphs because they were completely irrelevant - not to mention unsourced. --timsdad (talk) 05:14, 15 December 2009 (UTC)
Practical performance problems
editI have heard that Aqua has had problems with heat in the summer and cold in the winter, apparently in part because the balconies end up functioning as a kind of radiator with a lack of thermal breaks. Is there any information available about the performance of the building? --M0llusk (talk) 22:26, 11 July 2014 (UTC)

Designer
editThe article seems to credit two different people and firms as the designer: 'Designed by a team led by Nicole Flores of Studio Flores Architects...Aqua was designed by Jeanne Gang, principal and founder of Studio Gang Architects." I am confused by this. __209.124.174.98 (talk) 15:27, 4 August 2016 (UTC)shasler

Base isn’t 80 stories.
editI’m not sure the correct number (so can’t fix), but the base with running track is just a few stories tall. Then the narrower tower continues up to 82. ArtDent (talk) 15:07, 4 July 2022 (UTC)
