@Finnusertop: There, that should be everything. I saw no need for a third news citation for the venue for the 7th Congress, and as it wasn't just the Education and Agitation Departments of the National Defence Commission, I saw no reason to single them out, although I kept the citation to Willoughby. --Bejnar (talk) 00:21, 6 May 2016 (UTC)Reply
