Fair use rationale for Image:SKAppalachiaWaltz.jpg edit
Image:SKAppalachiaWaltz.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. Connection to Copland? edit
I tagged the sentence "It is possible that the titles of these albums imply a continuity of the American classical tradition begun by Aaron Copland in Appalachian Spring." There's nothing in the sleeve notes of either album to suggest the titles refer to Copland's piece. It seems speculative to me and I think it should be removed unless there is a source.
