On March 4, 2015, user Safiel proposed this article for deletion. I have removed that tag, as suggested by the following text in the proposed deletion notice: "You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the proposed deletion/dated notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page." Safiel's stated reason was as follows: "unsourced x 8 years, sentence could easily be mentioned at Aoshima, Miyazaki or Miyazaki Prefecture."

I disagree with this approach in two ways. First, the article has been sourced all this time; please see its External Links (2 items) which provide information used in the article. Thus it certainly has been sourced. Second, I do not see that any of the "Reasons for deletion" in Wikipedia deletion policy have been met in this proposed deletion, and hence do not understand why the deletion should occur.

Of course I will be very happy to discuss this, and even happier if we find a way to improve the article rather than delete it.
