I don't understand why it was mentioned before as a "Mexican" composer someone born in Seville, Spain. Maybe most of his known works were created in Mexico as Chapel Master of Puebla Cathedral , but his Spanish nationality is a fact. Besides Mexico didn't exist as nowadays we know it. Hence I've taken the liberty to correct and give a decent reference that you all can check out by following this link:
