False, the norm is to use the english spelling hence Ho Chi Minh instead of Hồ Chí Minh and William the conqueror instead of Guillaume le Conquérant. you don't konw what you're talking about english scholar use Antonio Barcelo not the spanish spelling, please refrain your vandalism.
