Hi. First page from a newbie. Be gentle pleeease. Really sorry screwed up on the Anton Hirschig with a small 'h'. I just don't know how that happened. I prepared it in my user space and copied it over to a new page, reviewed it, looked fine, hit the button and that's how it came out. Can someone kind correct for me please. The Albert Plasschaert letter is about 150 lines long and I quote 30 of them. That's the minimum I think that illustrates the account is graphic and shocking and at variance with Emile Bernard's. The translation is mine. An Albert Plasscahaert page would be nice. There isn't one in the Dutch Wiki either. Rinpoche (talk) 07:57, 22 August 2010 (UTC)

I suspect too "gentil" [to be an artist] should be "genteel". It is not curious that Van Gogh's last letter was the last judgement he ever made on an artist in his letters! If it was his last letter he could hardly have commented on artists in a later letter!
