The tags under that one section are because I thought that some phrases make very broad declarations (EG. "tidal wave of illegally-broad") and the entire section has a strong feel of "what the author wants the reader to think". 68.39.174.238 (talk) 20:11, 11 May 2008 (UTC)Reply
