In 1995, Porter's new legal representation had his IQ tested. It was measured at 51, meaning that he may have been mildly retarded.

Jerry or Terry Hilliard?

Does anyone know if it is Jerry or Terry Hilliard? On the German Wikipedia I wrote Terry but people were changing it to Jerry all the time and so I googled for it and found both names:

For Jerry

• 71,800 google results [1]
• thejusticeproject.org
• English G 2000 says Jerry (an English book for German pupils)

For Terry

• 58,800 google results [2]
• 4 Articles on the New York Times [3]
• The Chicago Reporter [4]

It appears that Jerry Hillard was the victim of this case and Terry Hillard is a former Chicago Police Superintendent. For the purposes of this article, it seems that Jerry is correct. -- Upholder 20:33, 23 April 2007 (UTC)
