10-K edit

Hi. "10-K" - what's that? I'd find it rather usefull if there was some information about the legal backgroud (e.g. regulations in US, UK...). — Preceding unsigned comment added by 134.155.63.236 (talk) 12:15, 8 August 2005 (UTC)Reply

Expand to include "Semi-annual report", "Quarterly report" edit

Hello. Could someone please expand this article to include "Semi-annual report", "Quarterly report", etc. No such articles currently exist so I made a bunch of redirects toke sense to merge this page with Financial statements (which "includes" Financial reports)? Cheers! Ewlyahoocom 10:16, 6 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

The correct title is "chairman" edit

"Chairperson" is a title used in academia, but it is not a title that is used in business. Even if the person is a woman, she is still called "chairman." Maybe that's archaic, but it is what it is. Should that be changed in the article? Hanxu9 (talk) 04:47, 8 February 2012 (UTC)Reply
