Abilities

edit

"It makes more sense to place the abilities before the history..? [1]" How..? History sections are always the focal point of an encyclopedia. especially for fictional character articles such as the Hulk, Zero and Doctor Doom. -ZeroTalk 13:19, 23 June 2006 (UTC)Reply

Spoilers

edit

Spoiler warnings are important for this article because some people looking at this article may not have watched any of Angel's media. Please quit removing them.--StitchPedia 17:17, 23 June 2006 (UTC)Reply

Did you read Wikipedia talk:Spoiler warning...? -ZeroTalk 17:19, 23 June 2006 (UTC)Reply
No. My Internet browser blocks that page.--StitchPedia 17:43, 23 June 2006 (UTC)Reply
I doubt this, but I'll assume good faith and leave the spoiler intact for the time being. I'd recomend the removal of the endspoiler, though. Its totally unnecessary. -ZeroTalk 17:45, 23 June 2006 (UTC)Reply

Angel's Song

edit

Sorry, I'm new to editing articles and am not sure what's appropriate and what's not.

From a TV.com page I found a translation of Angel's song supposedly given by Jess Winfeld: "Heed me. You are in my power. Henceforth nothing shall be too cruel or too abominable for you. You can't escape."

I'd like to add it, but can't find a verifiable source. I guess anyone who wants to know can just check the talk page... 69.162.221.9 04:58, 10 December 2006 (UTC)Reply

Stitch's claws

edit

Stitch's claws are not retractable. They're out all the time, like a Dog's claws. Cats claws are retractable because they only come out when the cat wants them to. Miriam The Bat 17:01, 23 December 2006 (UTC)Reply

Please stop changing the page without explaining why. I have asked you several times to comment on this page and explain your actions. Miriam The Bat 22:02, 24 December 2006 (UTC)Reply

Let me just make my points clear in case you decide to read the talk page.

  • Stitch's claws are not retractable because they are always visible. They are never seen going back into his paws. Stitch has paws like a dog, not a cat. Angel, if her claws are indeed retractable, would have claws like a cats.
  • Also, Angel is not a fictional Scott, since she's an alien experiment and is not from nor has ever been to Scotland. Her accent is irrelevant.

If you have any evidence to contradict my statements, then PLEASE post them so this can be resolved. This is ridiculous. Miriam The Bat 22:13, 24 December 2006 (UTC)Reply

You mean Angel is more powerful than Stitch, cause retractable claws are useful, cause claws that are retractible are more sharper than claws that are not. Claws that are not retractible rub agenst the concreat and where down.Claws that sre retractible do not where down so thay are really sharp. So Angel's claws could hurt Stitch. Actually, Angel's claws are only seen in the first part of her episode, when she trys to scare Lilo, but when she is fighting the Leroys, for example, the claws aren't there (and claws are more practical with fighting then with scaring), so it could have been a mistake of the episode.--Midasminus 19:02, 26 December 2006 (UTC)Reply

Just because Angel has retractable claws doesn't make her more powerful than Stitch. As far as we know, Angel wasn't made to be a fighting machine like Stitch was. I'm not suggesting that she's more powerful at all, I'm just saying that Angel's claws might be retractable because they only appear when she's fighting. And the section about Angel's claws are in the CONTINUITY ERRORS section anyway. I don't know why people are giving me so much trouble for this. Miriam The Bat 22:15, 26 December 2006 (UTC)Reply

Fictional Scot? No.

edit

I added the dispute template because the person who repetitively edits this back in to the article (the same one who thinks Stitch has retractable claws) refuses to speak to me on the talk page.

Angel is a genetic experiment who was created and born on another planet, and has very likely NEVER been to Scotland. She is NOT a fictional Scot and does not belong in the category.

Nor does she have a Scottish accent. Unless you can link me to an article or interview stating that Tara Strong did her voice acting (in a fictional language, she only speaks one single word of English) in a Scottish accent, it's wrong.

I can't believe someone could be so stubborn that they are edit warring me for this, but I guess some people get their kicks from stupid things like that. Miriam The Bat 00:51, 2 January 2007 (UTC)Reply

Fair use rationale for Image:Lilo and stitch s01e25.png

edit

Image:Lilo and stitch s01e25.png is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Relationships...

edit

I know, this is probably pointless, but I'm tired of misinformation being perpetuated in other L&S sections when referring to other experiments.

First, the experiments are NOT technically related. The whole 'cousins' thing came about in Stitch! the Movie, about everyone being cousins in one big family. Lilo even specifies that everyone is 'cousins' not because they're related, but because they're one big family, caring for one another and stuff like that. So, Stitch and Angel are not brother and sister. (And if they were, Angel would be the older sister, not the younger. I don't get some people's logic.)

Anyways, as for actual lovey-dovey crap. (And I like the Stitch/Angel couple, geez, I'm harsh.) The only thing that's been confirmed in Angel, Snafu, and the Leroy & Stitch movie... is that they like each other a lot. No proof that they're boyfriend/girlfriend (or that Stitch is Angel's love life). Before you feel the need to edit things, remember this, please. 69.11.210.197 (talk) 08:36, 1 June 2008 (UTC)Reply
