its a baseline for film 1997 it should be redirect Ang Probinsyano (film) I think it wasn't extended movies and its not a Ang Probinsyano is a remake television series redirect it means is based film. Oripaypaykim (talk) 11:01, 16 June 2017 (UTC)Reply

Oppose and move Ang Probinsyano (TV series) back to the base name Ang Probinsyano, which was the primary topic until a recent page move. The TV series has vastly more page views than the film: [1] and it has arguably greater long-term significance, as it has been broadcast internationlly, unlike the film which was Philippines only. The fact that one was based on the other is largely irrelevant in this case, and is not usually a valid reason for asserting a primary topic. — Amakuru (talk) 12:28, 30 June 2017 (UTC)Reply
Oppose. As Amakuru says, there's no case here for making the film, which might not even qualify for an article if not for the attention attracted by the TV series, the primary topic.
