Date of birth?
editWas Andrew Bernstein born in 1949 or 1959? At present, the page says both... -RLCampbell (talk) 02:44, 31 July 2009 (UTC)
- I've removed the "1959 births" link. This is certainly wrong. TheScotch (talk) 08:18, 13 September 2009 (UTC)
Notability?
editI notice that at one point the subject's notability had been questioned:
"23:43, 11 May 2009 J Readings (talk | contribs) (2,226 bytes) (Does this author meet the notability guidelines for either WP:ACADEMIC or WP:N?)"
A later edit removed a template questioning notability:
"18:45, 31 July 2010 MFGreaves (talk | contribs) (2,338 bytes) (Notability question removed; i.e. he IS notable. I came to the article looking for information about this public intellectual and author of several books.)".
I know who Andrew Berstein is, and I'm aware that he's published, but publication of itself would seem not to establish notability, and the current citations establish only that Berstein is published. Can we do better?TheScotch (talk) 07:51, 2 October 2011 (UTC)
