Exactly how did he accidently ingest this poison?

From the IMDB entry, it looks like he had one leading role in a poorly-reviewed (5.7 on IMDB) "movie" (does 78 minutes count as a movie?) that only generated publicity because of his death shortly after. The "fan site" listed here doesn't appear to have been updated in years. Please explain why this person is notable enough for a wiki page. Alvis 06:13, 10 May 2007 (UTC)
