After the AfD debate there have been two major contributions towards improving the article, one by User:Aeme (major clean-up and NPOV wording) and contributions by myself both in editing and images of notable projects. I was the closing admin. This article is about a notable subject but it needs a LOT of cleanup. The subject of the article should not be editing it at all, and there are serious issues around the wording (not neutral enough). Andrés Mignucci Giannoni died on November 21, 2022, as has been reported extensively in the Spanish language press in Puerto Rico, including in this article: https://www.elnuevodia.com/entretenimiento/cultura/notas/muere-el-urbanista-y-arquitecto-puertorriqueno-andres-mignucci-giannoni/.
