- Two first phrases need additional sources (as a generalization). But the remained should stay. This is a high-profile story, and we have no reason to question Kommersant as RS. It tells:

Marriage edit
Current version of the article states "Serdyukov's career started to develop very successfully after the election of Vladimir Putin as Russian President in 2000" in the early career section. Is there evidence that there is connection between the two? Article quality edit
This article is absolute garbage. You better off with translated Russian version. Serdyukov is very well known to be corrupt organizer of liquidation of military factories and state property, where English version of article sings the songs of appreciation as "reformer". - This seems to be dependent on the sources used. It's not a secret that Anatoliy Serdyukov & defence ministry had a major rift with military HQ. The hatred portrayed by anti-reformists senior military personnel knew no limits.
