hello. i am new to editing - i just created my account. Wikipedia brought me to this page and suggested i might edit it. one thing i noticed immediately - the article is named "Anaparti" but in the body text the town is referred to as "Anaparthi". i appreciate that this is an English transliteration of an Indian (Telugu?) name and as such English spelling may not be fixed, but surely it would be more consistent to have the same spelling throughout, in both title and text? is there, for example, an official English spelling used by local government?
