Remove the neutrality flag?
I removed marketing jargon (including deleting "Products" section) to make this article more neutral. I also added new sections (including "Core Products and Technologies", Market Segments", "Communications Infrastructure", "Consumer", "Competitors", etc.) with third-party references. Now I think this article is more informative and it does not look like an advertisement, perhaps we can consider removing the neutrality flag. Smmgeek (talk) 18:53, 15 April 2011 (UTC)
I agree. Removed the Advert and Primary sources flag since Smmgeek (talk) cleaned up content quite a bit. TechGeek70 (talk) 21:25, 18 April 2011 (UTC)
This is about 3 years afterwards, but I think the pictures still make this look like an advertisement. The one of the corporate HQ is obviously oversaturated and the image of Ray Stata and Jerry Fishman is not very consistent with the way images of people are usually composed on wikipedia. Maybe I'm being picky, but a lot of it looks like it could be the 'about us' page on the company website. Wyatt8740 (talk) 19:49, 23 June 2014 (UTC)
Comments on the article
I read the article and I have a few comments:
1. The "Resources" secion says "Analog Devices circuits from the lab reference circuits are engineered ...". I don't understand why the text in it has to be bolded. Also, I don't understand the form since the text in bold has noun followed by another noun.
2. Under "Aquisitions", I don't understand why Computer Labs is followed by "of Greensboro, North Carolina". This is inconsistent with the rest of the list where only company names are given. Locations are never specified.
