Evliya Çelebi -problem

edit

I have a problem with the Evliya Çelebi-ref. Reading the source, he goes south after Anabta to Jish and Yarun, both on SWP map IV....then he goes to Ein al-Zeitun and Meiron both in the same area, and much further north than *this* Anabta. I suspect the Anabta Çelebi is talking about is in southern Lebanon. Cheers, Huldra (talk) 15:22, 8 November 2014 (UTC)Reply

I don't remember noticing this query before. Either Çelebi's Anebta is much further north or it is very much out of order in his narrative. The latter is possible because he doesn't actually say that he visited there. However on balance this text is unsafe and I'm removing it. Zerotalk 00:52, 13 April 2017 (UTC)Reply

Two pictures not for the village of Anabta

edit

The two photographs attributed to the village of Anabta in 1948 are not in the village of Anabta, but in the village of Innaba near Ramle, which was occupied in 1948, and Anabta occupied in 1967. Please correct the error. 212.33.96.107 (talk) 22:48, 12 April 2017 (UTC) Huldra (talk) — Preceding unsigned comment added by 212.33.96.107 (talk) 22:51, 12 April 2017 (UTC)Reply
