The article is nowhere close to GA stuff and is a Quick fail.
- To start with, the nominator is relatively new and hasn't made even a single edit to to the article so far. The eight {{cn}} tags alone suffice for a quick fail. Furthermore, criterion 1(b) and 2(b) are not met in my opinion.
