Amir Hussain (religious scholar)Amir Hussain

  • Is there a way to move this page so it comes up when you type "Amir Hussain" into the search box? User:Sorel Janeson 00:16, 17 January 2013 (UTC)Reply
  • That page currently redirects to Amir Husain Al-Kurdi. Added a hatnote. Apteva (talk) 07:49, 17 January 2013 (UTC)Reply
  • Weak support since the other person is essentially a WP:PTM. My first thought was to say no primary topic and dabify, but it may be best to just make this move and let the hatnote do the work. --BDD (talk) 17:17, 17 January 2013 (UTC)Reply
  • Support as per BDD, there isn't much to support a Primary Topic, but then again, the current redirect is to a partial name match, which isn't idea either. The move would be preferred. Tiggerjay (talk) 23:02, 12 February 2013 (UTC)Reply

inline citations edit

I added inline citations. Hope they are okay, it's the first time I've done this. Sorel Janeson (talk) 08:13, 18 January 2013 (UTC)Reply

Yes, that's a definite improvement. It's especially important in biographies of living persons to be as accurate as possible with references. The references should still be converted from bare URLs, however, which can become very difficult to track in case of link rot. It won't cause the article to be deleted or anything, so if you're not comfortable upgrading them, just leave the tag there for someone else to handle. I may even do it. --BDD (talk) 16:05, 18 January 2013 (UTC)Reply

Thanks for your help! I think I changed the links to the proper ones... Sorel Janeson (talk) 20:24, 18 January 2013 (UTC)Reply

Thanks for fixing the bare URLs. Good work. --BDD (talk) 20:34, 18 January 2013 (UTC)Reply
