Improvements needed
editI have done a preliminary cleanup sweep of the article, converting some references to Wikipedia standard format, and adding a recent new ref to the Wall Street Journal. Further updates to the article are badly needed, and some negative criticism needs to be better documented with WP:RS, or to be removed. Also, there is a complete lack of documented positive reactions to the orchestra; presumably there must be such, or the organization would never have lasted as long as it did.
