With this edit, it was added a 2018 free paper which sources the way in which applications are funded by the Institute.
The paper follows a phase of open peer review and it is claims to be an original research with a more general character, testing a possible correlation between expected risk-return balance of the paper and its higher probability to meet a higher degree of disagreement between the peer reviewers' evaluations.Hope this helps for other WP articles.Micheledisaveriosp (talk) 23:29, 16 February 2020 (UTC)
