Race and ethnicity edit

The section population in this article is a serious concern for anyone reading it, it is severely flawed. The majority of the state is non-black and non-Hispanic with no European genetic influence! The people over 70% are indigenous natives, they are not mestizo, black, Hispanic or white; they are tribal native peoples that have their history based in the region since before Christopher Columbus. I am not sure where the reference came from for the table included in the article, at the time of the state census in 2011 the government incompetence is extreme and may be trying to devalue the international rights of the 17 indigenous tribes that inhabit the state.
