Capitalisation edit

I propose that the article name and contents should be changed to sentence case, per MOS:CAPS (with "Aboriginal" remaining capitalised per convention). It is a phrase or slogan, but not the proper name of anything.

I checked the current references that I could access immediately, and found:

[1] - capitalises all words
[2][3][4][5] - sentence case
[6][7] - inconsistent
[8][9] - capitalises all words, but all uses are as the NAIDOC theme, "Always Was, Always Will Be", not the slogan.
[10] - inconsistent - capitalised in the short form as heading (presumed to part of their style) and NAIDOC theme, but sentence case in the long form.
[11][12] - capitalised, as the name of a specific work of art, so does not imply the the slogan ought to be

The slogan itself does not appear to be consistently capitalized in a substantial majority of independent, reliable sources (emphasis in original) as required by MOS:CAPS. Mitch Ames (talk) 08:05, 11 February 2023 (UTC)Reply

Support I found the same inconsistencies referenced above when I accepted this out of AfC. At the time I saw it as a lack of reason to make the change, but it makes sense to do so now. Star Mississippi 14:40, 11 February 2023 (UTC)Reply
