Hi 72.160.72.167. With respect, I reverted your changes to the course description. The convention for stream-course descriptions is to start at the source and work down to the mouth and to name the tributaries left and right rather than by compass direction. In organizing the course description in the way I did, I was following guidelines discussed at WP:RIVERS and/or followed elsewhere on Wikipedia.
