Pinyin romanization edit

Wikipedia policy is to use pinyin, even for historical articles. Chi-li and Chihli are simply obsolete romanizations of Zhili. Zhili was renamed to be Hebei, but also was significantly redrawn. Saying "Vicar Apostolic of Northern Zhili (now Hebei)" is doubly misleading: readers could assume that either 1) Northern Zhili is now Hebei or 2) all of Zhili is now Hebei (in fact, its mostly the central and southern portions that are now Hebei). It's better to simply say "Vicar Apostolic of Northern Zhili" and allow readers to explore the Zhili page more if they're unsure where that was.

Also, as a general stylistic note, it's not necessary to give the alternate names of the cathedral (or other place names) every time they're mentioned. Since this article mainly uses "Beitung Cathedral", I've changed all mentions of the place to that, with the exception of the section introducing the block quote. If readers are interested in learning more about the church (including its several common names), they can follow the link to the page.

Finally, the use of block quotes is usually a good thing, but it can become excessive. I would recommend that someone with greater familiarity of this topic try to pare down the article's use of quotations with summaries/references to secondary sources.
