Terminology edit

FYI, it's the Kingdom Animalia, not Kingdom Animal as directed from [[Animal|ia]]. This also goes for Phylum Mollusca, not Mollusc, and Class Cephalopoda, not Cephalopod. Animal, mollusc, and cephalopod are not specific terms with no specification of taxonomic rank. A dog is and animal, an owl is an animal, and so is a sea star and animal, but then mammals are animals, reptiles are animals and so are insects animals. So on and so forth. On the other hand it should be alright to refer informally to the animal kingdom, molluscan phylum, or cephalopod class. J.H.McDonnell (talk) 18:33, 15 April 2013 (UTC)Reply

Oh look, i clicked your blue linked Animalia, Mollusca, and Cephalopoda. Where did I end up? At Animal, Mollusc, and Cephalopod. There is NO point to forcing people though redirect pages. People are NOT going to see if the linked term is Animaila or animal, they are only going to see a totally pointless redirect page that their computer has to move through to get to the final destination.--Kevmin § 22:14, 15 April 2013 (UTC)Reply
