Kobbat Al Morabitine? edit

Several places, including on Flickr and on Google Maps, list something that looks like it must be the same structure as "Kobbat Al Morabitine". Is that an alternate name, and if so, should it be added to the article? --Delirium (talk) 01:20, 6 November 2011 (UTC)Reply

Inscription edit

The inscription provided in the current version of the article is unsourced, despite being a quote. Moreover its explanation is confusing; the sentence introducing the quote says "At the entrance and at the top of the prayer room is the inscription (...)", which sounds like it's talking about a mosque or a madrasa, not the Almoravid qubba. The quote itself also doesn't sound like it matches the building being discussed here. I don't have access to Deverdun's original work about inscriptions in Marrakech, but Xavier Salmon (see references on current page) does quote the qoubba's inscription directly from Deverdun and it reads very differently. As a result, I will replace the current quote with the content from Salmon, but if anyone can further clarify the previously existing text, please do so.
