Translation edit
I have removed the stub-sentence and substituted the German article - translated - for it. It obviously still needs some work - I'd like to have some opinions on the following points:
- the first line is looking unwieldy, but I dont know how to shorten it. - should the "Halleschen Händelfestpiele" be left in or should it just say something generic about festivals ?

- Looks great. Dates in English don't use a period, so I fixed that. I changed the spelling to Handel, which seems to be the accepted spelling in the English Wikipedia. And I added apostrophe's in the possessives and un-capitalized libretto. Also linked the voice parts. Minor stuff. I think the first line is okay, lots of Wikipedia articles sound like that. German libretto edit
The German Wiki article says that the German libretto was by an unknown librettist and first performed in July 1704 in Weissenfels with music by Reinhard Keiser. It says that Handel's libretto was likely a combination of this and Feustking -- in other words, the text isn't solely the work of Feustking. Therefore I think all of this needs better citation and clarification in this article. Softlavender (talk) 02:32, 24 November 2013 (UTC)
