Allan Francis Smethurst was indeed born in Lancashire. The birth was registered in the Registration District of Bury, Lancs., and, according to the General Register Office indexes, he was born on 18 November 1927, not 19 Nov. 71.35.10.173 04:56, 2 February 2007 (UTC)
Radio Norfolk edit
The Radio Norfolk entry in Wiki says it started broadcasting on 11 September 1980 - if true then Smethurst couldn't have sent his tape there in the 1960s because it didn't exist. What is correct name of the broadcaster?194.72.120.131 (talk) 09:01, 22 July 2010 (UTC)
