Fair use rationale for Image:Sr dynamo.jpg

Image:Sr dynamo.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Deletion? That's crazed

Sacred Reich is (IMO) one of the very best bands of one of the very best genres of music but that is anecdotal. Objectively, they *are* at least the bottom of the top tier or the top of the second tier of thrash bands, though perpetually under-rated. While I can't speak to this album (all I have are Ignorance, Surf Nicaragua, The American Way, Independent, and Heal) you can't be punching holes in a band's discography, IMO. Sacred Reich is unquestionably notable, therefore this EP is. It's got the infobox, the album image, the band members, the track list, and a blurb. What more can anyone want and what possible advantage could there be to destroying someone's work and erasing a bit of history like this? I find the main band article and the completeness of the infobox tracking through the LPs and EPs to be an excellent piece of the wikipedia.

Also, it's the only *one* of *nine* Sacred Reich album articles to get the 'notability' box. This seems arbitrary at best.

Oh yeah - and, since this is a live EP of an excellent but not hugely-selling thrash band that happens to be recorded at Eindhoven, there's another article on a live EP of an excellent but not hugely-selling thrash band that happens to be recorded Live_at_Eindhoven that is even shorter and less-cited but no less notable and not marked for notability-deletion. The comment(s) below were originally left at Talk:Alive at the Dynamo/Comments, and are posted here for posterity. Following several discussions in past years, these subpages are now deprecated. The comments may be irrelevant or outdated; if so, please feel free to remove this section.

If what I wrote there is supposed to be here, then here it is. The article does 'cite a source' in quoting from the liner notes but perhaps, as the box indicates, it could do something more in that regard but, otherwise, it's a fine article. Not everything has to be a magnum opus - this gets the job done concisely.
